Mobile Concepts’ ADVON or JOC trailer for the Washington National Guard features a 25-foot manual mast, PTZ night vision camera and an exterior lavatory entrance. The 37-foot center also includes an exterior Gelcoat fiberglass finish, hydraulic leveling jacks, a walk-on roof and LED scene lights for vision outside the trailer during evening and night activity.

This ADVON features a dual-awning system to provide an exterior workspace and command station if needed. It features a 42-inch LED TV with a roll-up door, two A/C units, two heating units and two entrance doors – one into the workstation area and the other into the lavatory.

This design includes a 3-high bunk system made from detention-grade steel and includes mattresses, a built-in ladder and individual reading lights. There is also a collapsible workspace featuring a bench seat with storage.

The interior features a galley with a microwave, mini refrigerator, water cooler, Kuerig beverage system and an optional sink. There is also ample storage for refreshments and an overhead aluminum storage compartment with a dry erase surface.

The conference area is capable of seating up to seven people. It features a pocket door for added privacy, an electronic SMART Board interactive display system, a 32-inch television and customized aluminum overhead cabinets with dry erase surfaces. The room is also wired for audio and video conferencing.

The work area has four workstations, each including 110-volt, 12-volt, CAT6, antenna pre-wire connections and a task chair. The space features two 32-inch televisions, custom aluminum overhead storage cabinets with dry erase surfaces and a centrally located dry erase board.

The ADVON (Advanced Echelon trailer), or Joint Operations Center (JOC), such as the one that Mobile Concepts designed and produced for Camp Murray, a Washington-state based National Guard base, is a quickly deployable tactical vehicle.

The vehicle functions as “a forward coordination cell for Civil Support Teams (CSTs) during domestic support to civil authority operations.”

The ADVON can be activated at a moment’s notice and respond to security emergencies and enhance protective details under a particular threat.
