This rear work area includes three workstations, each with 110- and 12-volt receptacles, CAT6 and antenna pre-wire. Four 22-inch LCD TVs and a large dry erase board are mounted on the walls. Custom overhead and base cabinets provide extra storage for equipment.
The front of the trailer features two additional workstations, also with receptacles, CAT6 and antenna pre-wire, a 42-inch wall-mounted LCD TV and a 24-inch SMART Board system, which allows for conferencing across all workstation monitors.
A Black Box electronics rack comes with multiple shelves for all equipment, including docking stations for the seven included Dell laptops. An 8×8 HDMI matrix switch allows video and audio conferencing to each monitor. The custom breaker panel features digital 110- and 12-volt and amp meters.
The TOC-27-5WS Tactical Operation Center (TOC) is a 27-foot length trailer that was designed for the National Guard WMD Civil Support Teams (CST). TOCs immediately connect to first responder radio frequencies via docking stations or mounts.
These vehicles allow and standardize all CST communications and equipment to a common capability. Briefing from laptops, DVR or external cameras is simplified by projecting all video and audio communications simultaneously to all monitors inside the TOC.
A 12kw generator enables self-sustainability and TOCs meet transport standards for C-17 planes.
