This 53-foot PRISM trailer was refurbished by Mobile Concepts to meet the needs of the U.S. Navy. Three new doors with stowable aluminum stair case systems with rails and a rear 12-foot equipment ramp were installed to this mobile lab.
Mobile Concepts removed the eight rooftop A/C units and replaced the roof in order to accommodate the U.S. Navy’s need for a more efficient air conditioning system on its PRISM trailer. We installed a 6-ton air cooling and purification system for occupant comfort.
Numerous structural modifications were made to the U.S. Navy’s PRISM trailer. Also cabinetry and countertop security and supports were upgraded.
Mobile Concepts manufactured two sets of stairs for this project. The aluminum stair assemblies feature adjustable landings and removable handrail systems.
