Lancaster FD soon to host fire safety lessons with new unit!

Next week, the Lancaster Fire Department from Lancaster, OH, is scheduled to pick up their brand new FG-35 Bleacher. As per the standard layout of our original Fire Safety Houses, this trailer is divided into the kitchen stage, the control room, and the bedroom stage. The kitchen stage features five row carpeted bleacher seating, one safety stove, refrigerator, and microwave, a five-speaker surround sound system, and a multimedia cabinet to house their TV and DVD player. The control room is equipped with an electric panel and converter, and one smoke machine with piping. The bedroom stage features one 36″ heated door module, one bench and bed with storage space underneath, and one sliding window with an escape ladder.

- A Honda EU7000 generator
- One 8×21′ electric awning
- Two low-profile heat pumps with single zone thermostats
- Two ceiling heaters
- One PA system with a wireless microphone and exterior speaker
- The alarm group package
- One smoke alarm for hearing-impaired, two CO2 detectors, and one pull station with a horn, strobe lights, and master cut-off switch
- Electric leveling jacks, skid wheels, and an electric hitch jack
