The Mobile Concepts 3500 Fire Safety House is a 35-foot fire training trailer designed for realistic, hands-on fire safety education. It includes a full-size living room, a front kitchen, and a rear bedroom, providing ample space for training exercises. The length allows for great capacity in the living room and kitchen areas. This model is also ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility with proper clearance, walkthrough, and t-turn space. The bedroom features two emergency escape routes: a sliding escape window with a ladder and an exit door.
