This Freigtliner van was upfitted into a Mobile Outreach Command 2WS for the Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance in Visalia, California. To help further their efforts in the bi-county region, their unit was made to serve as a food pantry and resource distribution unit. The interior features two workstations, one floor-to-ceiling, six door cabinet, a refrigerator, overhead aluminum storage cabinets, one filing cabinet, one WiFi booster, and rear storage shelving.
