Emergency Communication Vehicle
Mobile Concepts upfitted this Sprinter van as a Transport Communication Command vehicle for Orange County EMA in New York. This unit is used as a transport vehicle and on-site emergency communications command.
This Freightliner Sprinter includes three Bostrom seats and accompanying work stations, allowing for a total of five occupants to safely travel to the destination.
The passenger seat is a swivel chair with fold down lap desk for the incident commander or communication specialist. The vehicle is pre-wired for emergency radio equipment, as well as eight future antennas. Any of our Freightliner Sprinter models or similar vehicles – such as the Ford Transit, Nissan NV Cargo vans or any model light-truck frame – can be modified to function as a transport vehicle.
