Command 35-4WS MEOC

This Mobile Command Center for the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) responds to natural or man-made disasters, as well as incidents across the state, which require a high level of security or interoperability.

For example, PEMA loaned this mobile support command to the Allegheny County Emergency Services Department to be utilized by its State Technical Support Group during the 2009 G-20 Summit held in Pittsburgh.

Technicians working out of the command center provided 24-hour system hardware and network support for approximately 3,000 end users on the STARNet radio system.
